February 1998 doesn’t seem that long ago. The last 13-plus years have been busy, successful, challenging and rewarding. We have enjoyed working together with contractors, owners, municipalities and suppliers. To date, we have been associated with over $200 million in construction projects. That’s a lot of water under the bridge!

From the start and as we’ve grown, adding new offices and personnel, the one constant is our commitment to excellent performance and return-of-investment for our clients – and it shows. NCS has no claims, terminations or litigation in the 13 years we’ve been in business. Also, NCS continues to be Federally certified as an 8 (a) firm.

Safe water is a necessity.
We have some new challenges as we start the next decade – the environment and balancing the current economy while maintaining standards. Our answer is to provide more value-added services and increased efficiency. At a time when many companies are increasing pricing to meet rising costs, NCS is holding their rates for 2009. And while many companies are down-sizing and closing offices, NCS is committed to maintaining its current staff and offices in Phoenix, Arizona; Rio Rancho, New Mexico; and Baltimore, Maryland.

NCS is expanding our service area to include rural communities of the Southwest. We look forward to developing relationships with outlying townships to deliver technically sound and cost-effective solutions to their water treatment facilities dilemmas.
